Real Arcade's "Game Pass" service is ideal for gamers that love to play arcade-type games: card games, adventure games, puzzle games, word games, you name it and they've got it. In fact the service features full-length versions of some 400 games. In order to play games from Real Arcade, you must first download the RealArcade software, and then download each game you purchase. Once you have purchased a game, you can re-download it for up to 18 months. This enables you to download the game onto multiple computers.

If you prefer to own a game from the site on CD-ROM, you can pay for shipping and handling and have a complete version delivered to you. Also, you can re-install the game from the CD-ROM as often as you like for as long as you like. Regardless of how you obtain the game, however, you must have the Real Arcade system running on your computer to play it.

From gaming classics like Boggle (known here as TextTwist) to board games like Scrabble or Monopoly -- plus a variety of casino, puzzle and action games. Don't miss the free downloadable demos which let you play a game for an hour before you decide to drop that ten or twenty bucks.

All the full-length version games available from Real Arcade must be downloaded. Just like on the regular Real Arcade site, you can play a short demo version of the game online, but once you have downloaded a game you own it and can continue to play for as long as you like, even after cancelling your Game Pass subscription.

TextTwist is described by its fans as "addictive" – this game is basically an online version of Boggle, where the object is to make as many words as possible out of an arrangement of a handful of letters. Other word games present: there are 25 of them at last count, including Wheel of Fortune (pretty much a clone of the game show classic), ShangriLa (a hybrid word and adventure game), and Greedy Words, which combines your favorite dice game with Scrabble-flavored rules and scoring. With this many word games users are sure to discover something new every visit.

It isn't all word games – for adventurous PC gamers, material like Red Ace Squadron is available, one of several action and arcade games to choose from. This is a combat flight simulator game with a variety of aircraft to choose from, featuring amazing graphics.
