Scrabble will allow words like "qi" , "casa", & "eds". But it will not allow "zen"? Why are the scrabble police so against zen? It's as if its someones personal ambition rather than "its a pronoun and every argument against it is week"...casa is a spanish word not english, and qi is a pronoun and eds is an acronym.

I've had gamemine for a couple weeks and I'm ready to LEAVE. The first disc they sent me was so bad it clanked around in my xbox and I thought it was my xbox that was broken. I returned the game and it took 5 days for them to receive and process it... which sucks, but okay - fine. Then I go reading their policies on what happens when you report a game as broken. Turns out they will charge you the entire cost of the game if you don't get it back to them within seven days of reporting it as broken (WHAT!?). On top of that, if you report broken games too often they'll close your account (and probably keep the money you've paid). I think gamemine is a scam. I've had two games sitting in my queue for half a week. If they're out of games why don't they use THE MONEY I PAID THEM and buy some more. I'm going to try gamefly after my prepaid time is finished.

Hi

Just read some of your comments on various scrabble helping programs. I believe mine is one of the very best - it's called Word Guru. You can check it out by visiting www.thewordguru.co.uk. It's very flexible. It works on words between 2 and 15 letters. Comes with the SOWPODS word list but allows you to run it off any word list you can find. You can enter as many blanks as you want. It also lets you enter floating letters. It lets you do pattern matching, eg look for all words matching things like -A-T-N-. It will show you hooks before and hooks after if you want. You can use the pattern matching to find all words with Q that don't have a U following the Q. It also has powerful combinations analysis so you can find all the top 6 letter combi's for making 7 letter words, or 7's for making 8 letter words [or even longer]. You can also create your own lists of favourite words. There are also a couple of good testing features. You can make it set you tests and then request hints if you need any. Tests can be made harder too if you want - you can ask word guru to decide set a test but to swap one letter - that means you will not be sure a word can be made and that's a more realistic tougher way of testing yourself.
